The investment strategy of Keybridge Capital is to invest in structured finance transactions arranged or generated by independent financial institutions. These investments are expected to offer both strong income returns and potential for capital growth.

Keybridge Capital intends to make loans and equity investments to develop an investment portfolio with the following characteristics:

	attractive returns for the level of risk assumed;
	short to medium investment terms; and
	diversification by asset type, location of asset, industry, counterparty, and term.

Initially, Keybridge Capital will target investments in the core asset classes of property, infrastructure, fixed income and leases over tangible equipment where it believes there to be opportunities.
