Mariner Bridge Investments Limited today announced that Karen McGregor had been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

Ms McGregor has experience in both the corporate and financial services sectors. Prior to Mariner Bridge, Karen worked with Commonwealth Bank, initially with the Institutional Bank as Head of Business Development and more recently as Executive General Manager, Corporate and Business Services, which comprised the Bank’s agribusiness, corporate banking and business banking customer relationships. Karen led the establishment of new businesses in commercial broking and franchising and was a member of Colonial First State's Private Equity Advisory Council.

Prior to CBA, Karen worked in project finance with Leighton Holdings Limited and in corporate finance and capital markets roles during her 10 years with HSBC. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of NSW and is a member of Chief Executive Women.
