The Directors have determined not declared a final dividend for the financial year to 30 June 2016

Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP)

The DRP enables eligible Shareholders to reinvest all or part of any future Dividend payments they receive in new Keybridge shares. It is a convenient and cost-effective way to increase your investment in Keybridge without having to appoint a broker or pay brokerage or other transaction costs. From time to time the Board of Keybridge may elect for DRP shares to be issued at a discount. There will be no discount applicable for the interim dividend to 31 December 2015.

If you choose to participate in the DRP, you will be allocated additional Keybridge shares (DRP Shares) instead of receiving each Dividend by direct credit while the DRP is operational.

How does the DRP work?

Rules of the DRP are available on our website at www.keybridge.com.au or by contacting our share registry, RegistryDirect, on 1300 55 66 35 (within Australia) or +61 3 9020 7934 (outside Australia).

Participation in the DRP is entirely voluntary and you can join, withdraw, or vary your participation at any time. If you choose to participate, your participation will become active for your next Dividend, provided your DRP Election Form is received before the next Dividend record date.

If you choose to participate in the DRP, the number of DRP Shares you receive will be calculated by multiplying the number of participating Shares you hold at the Dividend record date by the relevant Dividend, deducting any withholding tax (if applicable), and then dividing this amount by the issue price for DRP Shares. The calculation will be rounded to the nearest whole number of shares.

The issue price for DRP Shares will be based on an average market price calculated in accordance with the Rules of the DRP and the Constitution of Keybridge.

You can choose to have less than your full shareholding participating in the DRP (partial participation). If you choose partial participation, you will receive a cheque or direct credit for the portion of your shares not participating in the DRP.

How do I participate in the DRP?

If you decide to participate, please contact our share registry, RegistryDirect, to obtain a Reinvestment Plan Application Form.
